Where does Smoovall ship to?

Smoovall currently ships to 48 states in the USA. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to Hawaii or Alaska. This is due to us being limited to ground-only transportation. We are working on bringing Smoovall all over the world. Tag us @Smoovall to let us know where you live!

We offer free shipping and handling on all our orders, how awesome is that?
All orders received before 3 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same business day. Please allow 2 to 4 business days before your friendly USPS mailman delivers you your slice of heaven, which we like to call Smoovall!

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover) and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
We process payments in USD on the United States version of our website and in GBP on the British version of our website. You will be charged in the currency you are shopping in.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through:

  • Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
  • Has your card expired?
  • Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.

Returns

How can I return my purchase?

We are truly sorry to hear that we did not succeed in making you fall in love with our Skin Contact Spray. Please email us at hi@smoovall.com and make sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you with the instruction on how to take it from there.

What’s Smoovall’s return policy?

That’s simple: all returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.

What about this 30-day money back guarantee?

Like you, we have tested many “solutions” to prevent skin chafing. None of them really worked so we decided to do our own thing. So, we know all about not being happy with a purchase and it would not be cool for us not to refund you your money if you conclude that Smoovall is not for you. The fact that you were willing to give us a try is more than we dreamed of when starting out. So, no worries!

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

How? We only sell one product :-)

Where can I order Skin Contact Spray by Smoovall?

Exclusively through this website, where else?

How long does a can of Smoovall last?

Good question, long answer :-). A single spray can should allow for approx. 25-30 applications (assuming you spray 2 – 3 seconds per application). So, for instance, using Smoovall to prevent thigh chafing when wearing a skirt twice a week, one spray can should last approx. 1 month. Going on holiday and wearing skirts or mini shorts almost every day? Then you’ll probably need a refill after a week to ten days. However, if you only use Smoovall to prevent chafing in your neck or chest on your weekly run, then a single spray can could last months...

Is Smoovall Skin Contact Spray suitable for all skin types?

Yes, Smoovall Skin Contact Spray is suitable for all skin types. But if you suffer from allergies or have very sensitive skin, we recommend you consult your dermatologist or doctor first. You can find the ingredient list in this FAQ. If you experience any skin irritation after using our Skin Contact Spray, always consult a doctor. Please inform us too; we strive for (very) happy customers and a perfect product.

How do I use Smoovall Skin Contact Spray?

  1. First determine what part of your skin you want to protect with Smoovall Skin Contact Spray.
  2. For best results, shake the spray can for a few seconds before use.
  3. Apply the spray to the skin surface of your choice. Please note: hold the spray can as upright as possible when spraying, otherwise it could clog. Trying to apply Smoovall in hard-to-reach areas (groin, thighs)? It’s easier if you sit down and keep the spray can upright.
  4. Important: make sure you shake well between each application (left leg, right leg, etc).
  5. Enjoy!

Do I have to rub the Skin-contact spray in?

Nope! The great thing about Smoovall is that you can apply it without getting your hands dirty. Just spray onto your skin and that’s it. Handy!

What substances are in Skin Contact Spray by Smoovall?

Butane, Isobutane, Propane, Alcohol Denat., Isohexadecane, Isopropyl Myristate, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Aqua, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, Silk Powder (Serica), Solanum Tuberosum (Potato) Starch, Aluminum Chlorohydrate, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Menthyl Lactate, Trimethylpentanediol/Adipic Acid/Glycerin Crosspolymer, Parfum.

How do I know I’ve used enough spray?

We recommend spraying for 2 to 3 seconds per skin section (Tip: just count out loud: 21.. 22.., done). The spray will be dry and ready within 20 to 30 seconds due to the Rapid Dry & Active-technology. If your skin is still wet after 30 seconds, you probably used a bit too much. No problem, just wait a little longer for the spray to dry.
